Chicken San Choy Bow March 6, 2011

Ingredients
Dash Olive Oil
750g Chicken Mince
Clove Garlic (Chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
2 cans Corn Kernels
Dash Sweet Chilli Sauce
Chopped Cashew Nuts
Fresh Coriander
Lettuce Cups

Mix the oil, chicken mince, garlic and ginger together in a pan and fry. Add the corn and sweet chilli sauce. To serve add chopped cashew nuts and fresh coriander and put into lettuce cups.
Kids should like this. Serves 4 to 5.
